Product Description

The finescrew screen is suitable for various applications with Compactor, compacts, washes and lifts screenings to a convenient height for discharge. The Screen with aperture sizes ranging from 0.25 to 6 mm that we propose allows to make the right selection according to the specific plant requirement.

Screw screen consist of a multifunction shaftless screw and semi-cylindrical filtering screen in perforated sheet. The screw is controlled by a gear motor ensuring filtering screen cleaning, lifting, compacting and discharges of the screened material. The shaftless screw reduces the possibility of obstruction in case of threadlike material to be screened. The screened material before discharge first travels to compaction &de-watering zone which reduces the weight upto 50%.

The unit is suitable for In Channel applications or with flanged connection. Units are available without compactor where screening only is required.
